Professional and personable. I would highly recommend Anna. She's given me an excellent recovery programme to overcome tight calf muscles and plantar fasciatis. Anna's helped with my confidence to return to tennis and continue with regular high-impact sports.

I have been seeing Anna regularly to help me stay injury free for a few years, when the odd one has snuck in she has always fixed me. Plantar fasciitis was a longstanding problem and with some fine needling (sounds worse than it was) and regular exercises to do it went away completely! Wouldn’t trust anyone else and she is a downright good egg too!
